Chris Muir, author of the excellent Day by Day cartoon strip, has returned from a personal leave of absence, wherein he attended to some serious family matters.

Oy...
I spent half an hour Wednesday evening digging my car out (to run errands), and three hours later the snow is over half-way up the tires. Again.
My home in Butler County, Ohio has declared a snow emergency Level 2, and the Cincinnati area can expect between 13-20 inches by Thursday.
